Extended summer. Leave them in your slip and tour all the close to empty anchorages. Springs, Lings, Halibut, Prawns… tons of fish men are going hunting for moose etcBecause you started speaking positively about the new Trophy line in your size range, I am not surprised to see this as your new ride. Nice multipurpose vessel. Time to kick someone out of your slip.
That's what I'm hoping. Need to find a mechanic and surveyor ASAP!Extended summer. Leave them in your slip and tour all the close to empty anchorages. Springs, Lings, Halibut, Prawns… tons of fish men are going hunting for moose etc
That's what I'm hoping. Need to find a mechanic and surveyor ASAP try Chris small marine survey Ltd , I used him for my insurance survey, good guy and did a complete job, don’t think they do mechanical but it’s a Starr
Haha well I wouldn't go that far. I'm sure it'll do just fine on the inside where we do 99.9% of our boating.nice boat is an understatement it’s a juenneau ( probably spelt wrong lol )
If I was to ever go long distance offshore they would be first brand to look at
Nice to see they make more than sail boats
Looks like a keeper congrats
Great tuna boat
No it doesn't. But I only have moorage and nowhere to store a trailer so all good on my endBeauty boat; did it come with a trailer as well?
After having someone else tow the commander the one and only time I hit Bamfield, I now know how simple it is. And quite affordable actually. I owned a trailer once and can only remember how many times a trailer issue ruined the start of a trip. Never forget. With a 9’9” beam you’d need a permit for towing anyway. You don’t want to be like me and pay for moorage and a place to keep my trailer.
I did over 50 miles the other day with @Sttr on a single 150. Pick your days and go out at nautical twilight, snag 20 tuna (leave every dam cushion at home) and grab hali and black cod on the way back in like @zloy , but he likes to hammer more tuna and more than has enough space for more ice and fish!Haha well I wouldn't go that far. I actually would agree. I don't need to fish with radar on top avoid other boats in the pack.Looks like a better fishing boat than the commander?
Looks like the survey is a go for the 17th. I'm hoping I'll have it back at Burrard by that FridayProvided the surveys work out and the deal is finalized...how quickly can you take possesion? Stoked for you..that looks like a great multipurpose boat for our region.
