Hello, have not been on in a while. I recently saw that our friends up north in BC agreed to let more Chinook escapement for the long term, hopefully we can return the favor sometime! Good fishing all.

Thanks from Dman in Wa.

I can't speak for Alaska, I don't live there. I live in Wa. and we've gone to hatchery only with shorter season's State wide the last two years. A bigger problem is California mis-managing their water on the Sacramento, it has affected everyone, including BC.

dman, agreed, you don't represent Alaska and I think you guys in Washington have done a great job with your hatchery programs.

Sorry guys wasn't trying t p*ss on your compliments and I think it was about time we helped out the beleaguered stocks in puget sound. Its really a shame that the natural migration path of all these stocks travels through so many boundaries and jurisdictions. I think what we need to do is train the fish to start a coutner clockwise migration pattern that begins starts with the fish hitting landfall about mid Oregon and then moving north. [8D]
