I have a pair of gently used DF300 Suzukis (R+L) I’m thinking of selling based on a possible re-power within the next month
I had to use the clarifier—-“possible sale”—- because they’re still on my boat and I’m in discussions with several dealers on what to hang in their place.
The DF300’s have a bit under 400 hours …. Just had full maintenance—-gear +crank fluids + all internal anodes. Impellers were replaced approx. 80 hours ago so they’re in tip top shape and ready to hang on a boat
I was thinking US$35 K for the pair + 4 OEM Suzuki WaterGrip props (2 spares) .
They’d probably be available for pick up in Bellingham, Washington.
If I go Honda BF350, the DF300’s could possibly include complete rigging (double binnacles, fly by wire, possibly the entire Optimus 360 system). If I hang Suzuki DF350’s I’d hang on to the binnacles and rigging and just sell the DF300 outboards + 4 stainless OEM Suzuki props…that’s why I have to be a bit wishy-washy on what would be included with the DF300’s
PM if you’d like to discuss…this is a work in progress and I apologize in advance for the fuzziness. I’m guessing things will clarify very soon. Down here there is an aggresive sales promotion on the new HOnda BF350’s—-that would be my first choice for the repower but I have to investigate fitment first—-they are really heavy and I’m trying to confirm if I can modify the Optimus 360 to operate the Honda
