Anyone deal with them ? I'm having a bad experience and normally don't rant but i'm gonna lose it soon.

Yup-used to work there.
On average I saw people 'lose it' a couple times a month, if it wasn't a customer who was so pissed off he was going to punch someone or had papers for a lawsuit in hand it was a supplier who hadn't been paid for months.[V]

You never know maybe none maybe all kinds.
They use an antiquated inventory system that has over a dozen individual steps between the time you order your goods and the time you receive them.
Add to that a workplace with a staggering</u> amount of turnover, and where staff are treated like shit on a shoe, and you have a recipe for some real disasters.

Steveston Hardware & Marine haven't been the same since the original owners sold a number of years ago. Real shame.
Nikka is right across the street (assuming you are at the Richmond store in Steveston). I give my support to the great guys at Nikka.

Your right, Nikka is good, very helpful, Being from out of province its tough finding good selections of saltwater gear , The next couple of weeks shall tell, thats when my order is supposed to be delivered from steveston Marine

Pre-Paid for my new Radar ,in full , (Vancouver store ) STILL WAITING , a week late now , not in panic mode yet , Price was good !!

by the way...it was a 9' walker bay rigid hull dinghy i was buying.
ended up getting it from Mark at Way Point marine in Sidney. he matched the price. and gave excellent customer service. I would definately recommend him to anyone in the area for boat stuff. Everyone in his store was very friendly. So different from some places.

Picked up my Radar toaday , a week late , all's good , yes they are a little dis-organized over there , do find good deals though , be sure ya know what ya want before ya go there ( Van ) Service is a little sketchy .

Steveston Marine Langley location is a Joke. Rude service with an "i dont have time for you" attitude and no inventory. Zero customer service
Ordered a scotchman from them last year. Opened the box and the bouy looked like it had chased a fart through a keg of nails. it was stained, old, warn out and discoloured. Fired some air in her and sure enough it had a couple pin holes. Just one of the many **** offs from them.
Harbour Chandler all the way. Nikka was awesome. PNT is great as well.
