Seavr's post got me thinking that I know even less about buying a used boat than I thought I did as I continue my search for a bigger boat.
Anyone care to list the steps that are needed?
Title search, mech. check, documents needed and where to get them for bill of sale etc.., who would insure it while trailering to the mechanic? ICBC insurance for trailer, boat insurance, transfer of title, registration of vessel, and whatever else. Almost seems like I need to have an agent like I would for buying a house.
