That structure in Saanich Inlet is the old cement factory in Bamberton (part of Saanich Inlet)

I was there with my old man many moons ago when it was operating. I was just a kid and he made me go down to the shore to play while he went about his business there. Funny I still don't recognize it. Must of been too busy turning up rocks looking for shore crabs lol.
