you could change the prop?.. these 4 stoke 9.9 push around 25' boats.
for sure it has pull start.. how else does a guy start the big motor after leaving the radio, and gps on all night? lol
lived that a few times.. nice redundancy for completely dead battery systems.. comes with tank and hose.
