Interesting, I have to agree that there should be priority access. The hierarchy should be; 1) First Nations; 2) Recreational; 3) Commercial - excess allocation only.

Excellent Article/ Editorial!!!It is the attention to legal details like these that will make the difference in this battle with the Feds and DFO along with working together to show strength and conviction of what we are fighting for: Our rights t fish and the DFO's responsibility to the Canadian people to properly Promote, Protect, and Improve Canada's fisheries.
