Shout out to Pollen Sweaters.

I’m on no way affiliated with this business but would like to put it out there that the customer service at Pollen Sweaters is second to none. They’re made here in BC in Lund or Powell river and the quality of the sweaters is outstanding. Super thick and warm, not scratchy at all. I’ve had mine for a full 15 years and used it for all outdoor activities from chores around the farm to fishing and camping. Now the sleeves are starting to unravel and I have a couple small holes. Other than that it fits like it did originally except that my beer guts bigger. We contacted the company to ask about repair service not really expecting they offered it. Surprised to find out that for $25 plus shipping they will fix the frayed cuffs. Amazing! The initial cost of the sweaters might seem off putting but really, I’m sure I’d get another 10 or more years of wear out of it without fixing the cuffs. Get them fixed and I fully expect to get another 20 years out of it. Seriously, check them out. You won’t be disappointed .

Nice. I don’t think those prices are bad at all for a pure wool sweater. I love my wool, most of my outdoor apparel is wool. Thank you I’m going to look in to these for sure.

3 month wait so we’re planning on ordering a couple more in July for Christmas
They've been wild popular lately and now there's a 3 month lead time for new products-good for the business on one level anyway.

I wear mine all winter. It is my favorite piece of clothing I have ever had. I have had mine for 3 years.

I have a professional (desk job) job during the week, but as soon as the weekend hits that is really all i wear.

Sorry going to go off track a bit.

But quite a few years ago we were in Victoria for the day while taking a break from fishing in Sooke. The wife and I went into that fancy Irish clothing store I forget the name. Anyways they have some pretty high end stuff in there and me being a wool guy we buy me like a $500 sweater it was a dandy heavy sweater I’ll give it that. Like wearing a parka. Anyways come that winter the wife screwed up and threw it in the wash by mistake with our regular clothes and yup my $500 sweater wouldn’t fit a cat.

Ever since then I’ve been buying my sweaters at Value Village. I go in about twice a year and buy 3 or 4 better quality sweaters. The wife did get me one of the Islander sweaters last year for Christmas. But at these prices these aren’t bad at all.

Yah, these are machine washable. Apparently can tumble dry too, but I don't just out of caution. It is a different type of wool or they do something to it that makes it washable. As a said above, can't recommend enough, think you would enjoy and get a fair bit of use out of it with the weather you see.

We have about 4 of the Pollon sweaters and a couple of their scarves too. They really are very nice and comfortable, just like described above. You will never go wrong if you decide to get one.

One blue xl never been washed just looked at it has a tiny hole in the front and one off grey of some sort size large , washed once. @Sea lyin’
Too small for me unfortunately. Someone else is sure to snap them up. Mine is what they call “pond scum” lol
