Saltwater License Online

Just went online to get my new license as they are due at the end of the month and the system is not working. Apparently there is not an available stamp for salt water licenses. They are working on the problem and hope to have the bugs worked out real soon.

It seems to be screwed up every year along with marinas not having copies of paper licensees. You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.

I've already received my licences and stamps from DFO for this up coming year. If you are a DFO vendor and have applied for this year licences, you should receive them shortly.

YES it is a big Deal!!!!! THAT is there job to get things right and having on line lic.!!!! DUH!????? I can tell you one thing it will be a frosty day in hell ill ever vote for them ever again they are crooked and have screwed everything up royally. What we really need is someone who knows where the west coast is and where over a millions of doallars come from LICENSE FEES.

The more I get into all of the political side of this fishery it has opened my eyes wide open and how really F@#k ed and mismaneged they really all are.

Just once id like to see them do something right something so easy as a lic they STILL cant get it right........

Better off working for DFO - at least they don't get their jollies from closing off all the best Steelhead water on Vancouver Island. I swear their next stunt will be building viewing platforms and telling anglers to put down their rods and instead take up looking at fish like we look at bears.

Went to my fav tackle shop.Got new lic and stamps.GOt a new rod.And supported my town.Buy online is buying in to there system. Sound like you all support them .

Our shops tell us to buy online as they make no money selling licenses. They will only take cash. As they say if you use credit they lose money on licenses. That acording to them helps them out and saves them time to help out other shoppers.

Yes they make no money and it ties up Staff but going in when it's not so busy and buying something else does help sales.
