Safe Route out of Sooke Harbour

When I look at the charts I get a bit nervous about plotting a route out of Sooke Harbour on a low tide even in a 16 foot boat. I have a GPS which I can use if someone could send me the coordinates for a safe route out of the harbour. I can figure most of it out but there are some obvious tricky points.

It might be easier just to follow someone out from the marina and punch in some way points on the way out.

stay to the left... green bouy keep to your right red one on your left when leaving no problems crab traps are more of a hazard.

Are you in the harbour or the basin?? There is a big difference. Just let me know where you are starting out and I'll gladly give you directions. What are your tricky points? I use lots of water (draft 6 ft) and move around at all tides. Where do you live ? A few minutes w/some local knowledge and a good up to date chart, beer too, will bring success.[8D] Everyone is nervous, first few times about Sooke's tide (and traps), cause if they are not...Look Out! Don't follow them.

I can figure out how to get from Sunny Shores to the narrows and I have plotted a course to connect the following waypoints. What do you think? Have I got it right?

Start at N48 22.646 W123 41.079
Then go:
227 m @ 218° mag
241 m @ 221° mag
433 m @ 260° mag
355 m @ 254° mag
142 m @ 211° mag
199 m @ 207° mag
205 m @ 211° mag
110 m @ 261° mag
293 m @ 218° mag
340 m @ 201° mag
515 m @ 209° mag
455 m @ 190° mag
303 m @ 102° mag
618 m @ 80° mag
254 m @ 169° mag
752 m @ 211° mag
737 m @ 211° mag

If I follow this course will I be OK?
