Raytheon dome and Raymarine display

Display works with map of the area radar looks new inside but after wiring it up I can not get it to work. 12” display no mount for it. if you know how these things work you might have more luck than me. Nanaimo was asking $250 and I thought that was an amazing deal as the display sells for $300 to $600 on ebay. Make me an offer
