Question Re. Just for the Halibut Derby Rules

Just a question for clarification re. the hali derby this weekend.

Is the winner chosen as the largest legal sized hali by the end of the derby, or the first, largest legal sized hali weighed in?

I have heard conflicting/confusing info about this.

Standard rules are biggest fish wins if two are tied the one that was weighed in first wins.

Don't really understand what your asking though you've won enough derbies to know this haven't you?
