Question about waves

Looking for a source for information about waves. Specifically about the interval/height. Am I right in thinking that the orange tag is telling me swell height is .8 high and 6 seconds apart? And that the green tag is saying swells coming in from that direction are .2 metres high and 16seconds apart? What distinguishes between the two? Is there an online source somewhere a guy can learn about this? Or am I on the right track with what I’m thinking?

Looks like the sw is the ground swell and the NW is the wind chop/waves to me. Ground swell often comes from completely different direction than the wind waves.

Thanks for the info.

Huh. That’s good. How accurate would you say they are for any given area? Compared to windy.
