Hi guys,
I thought I remembered reading a post that mentioned a public wharf near friendly cove that you could tie up to for the night. I thought maybe it was in a bay or cove near friendly cove and that you could go on shore there to pitch a tent if you wanted also. I don't think they were referring to the wharf at friendly cove itself. just wondering if someone might know where this might be.... I thought maybe it had been an abandoned logging wharf at one time or something like that.
thxs for any info you may be able to give me regarding it. PM if you prefer.:)
thxs,

If I remember correctly I don't think there is anywhere decent to pitch a tent in Dollies. You may want to check into it!
There is no place to pitch a tent in Dollies cove-it is First Nation reserve as well-as an anchorage it is good -if you are very careful going in you can do it-but it is tricky especially at mid-tides because the rocks are just below the surface-easier at low tide -you can see most. Bit of a raft there-not a wharf exactly-just showed up this year-holds 1 smallish boat-not really connected to land-very tilted-I'd rather stay on the hook-safer.
