Prawn Puller Problems??

So I got a Ezzypuller for Christmas ( Yahoo!) Purchased from a fishing Tackle shop in Downtown Courtenay.
I started using it end of Feb.,,Mid March it did not seem to have much power.. I used it in both downrigger plugs, same thing. It also blew a fuse once. I took it back to the store I purchased it from ....They said they would have to send it away and it may be weeks.
So I told them I would use it till the end of April and then send it away. I was dissapointed that is was not replaced at this time since it had been in use for ONLY 3 weeks.

Today it blew the Scotty fuse on one side of the boat..I moved it to the other side...blew another fuse..replaced the fuse and got the traps up anyway. I have Never has a DR blow a fuse and it is all new stuff on my boat..
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If it's that young it's still under warranty</u>.
They now make a unit called the King Puller http://www.fusionking.com.
Bigger motor and all that so it may be cheaper for you to ship it directly to them and ask for a bigger motor to be installed.
Part of the problem is that the guy who repairs them was in a car crash-so I heard anyway.
