2006 North River wiper issues

Hello, anyone have any ideas on this? Cleaned up the boat after it sat through the winter and a longer than expected Spring. Wipers worked fine when I put her away but a quick check today reveals they are not working. I have not checked anything further as I didn't have the patience this evening. I will start tomorrow morning. First thing is fuse and if that's fine what would be the next thing?

Ground wires and fuse.

Those little motor don’t like sitting, , if you have power to them and there not working, just jump them with wires directly from a good battery, like you would jump a truck battery, big juice should get them going, I’ve revived a few over the years, but it could be seized

Typical boats! It's always something that just stops working.
