Powell river, Lund, Savard island area regulations

We are heading to Lund in august with the boat and was hoping to do some fishing but for area 15 it looks to me as all salmon fishing is closed there until March 31 2026. I’ve always heard of great fishing up there, am I missing something or is that new this year? Thanks
