Looked up the website couldn't see anywhere about motor homes anyone know if they allow motor homes in the campsites ... Thanks !

If you go through to the booking site, there is a drop down that allows you to choose what size and type of rig you have. The options include trailer or RV up to 32ft and trailer or RV over 32ft.

I'm curious if there is any decent salmon fishing closeby. ie. possibly not far out from the park boundaries. If someone has a smaller open tinny for example, is there any known spots that can be decent? I camped there a few years ago a noticed a number of good sized springs porpoising close to the shore of our campsite.

Booked up wow serious campers ! ... i was thinking of April camping maybe not so busy yet i hope .. might have to camp on one of the islands Gambier maybe
saw some nice protected spots in the sound ...

Yes there can be, though the time is more now in early spring than summer. Some locations are literally just out front, make sure you stay outside the park boundary though. There's also Anvil Island, just be aware of the RCA's.

Maybe try to contact the guys at Bon Chovi or Predator Charters for some suggestions.
