This ½ day virtual workshop brings together experts to discuss solutions for fish passage and flood control in environments regulated by floodgate and tide gate infrastructure. Through case studies and research experience from British Columbia and Oregon, speakers will present the latest science, guidance, and lessons learned from restoration projects aimed at improving floodgate and tide gate operations for fish passage. Restoration strategies will be highlighted that reconnect waterways, improve habitat conditions, and support Pacific salmon recovery. A panel discussion will follow speaker presentations to discuss this important topic.

We hope you will join us and the workshop will be recorded.
