Good for this guy.... It gets so tiring hearing all the bad mouthing of pinks on the west coast by sportfishermen . Match tackle to the size of the fish, Bleed ....then ice down ASAP. Dont throw them in the freezer for 8 months and then complain they are no good to eat. IMO there is no such thing as bad pacific salmon----only bad cooks.

Well it seems it is inevitable that salmon move, with or without our help. Check out the climbing numbers of chums, soxs and even a few pinks now moving into Arctic waters.
