Nootka/Cougar Creek

Looking for info on Cougar Creek boat launch.
Is it accessable year round?
If not what are the dates it's open to launch?
Are there any other available year round launches close by in Nootka? Can't use Gold River as too far for my small boat to make that run safely into the sound Any help is greatly appreciated

Moutcha Bay has a decent ramp and parking. Not cheap like Cougar Creek however better road in for sure.

On line it says cougar creek campsite is closed until may. 2025.
