Noco Chargers Still the best Automotive Charger?

I drove over my Noco charger yesterday; I was so surprised I was able to get my truck going; I forgot I had it sitting on the tire. Anyone have a good charger they love these days, before I buy my 3rd Noco?

I'm really liking the look of the 10amp charger, which is supposed to have a supply mode. "13.6V Supply provides 13.6-volts at 10A with overload protection at 12A (Max)" which should allow charging up portable radios and 12v fridges in the garage, but I haven't seen anyone who has used it for long periods successfully.

https://amzn.to/4h1kDXB #ad. It is really expensive but looks good for charging up a house bank too, does batteries up to 230ah.

May not be applicable, but I just picked up the Fanttik T9 battery boost pack for $100 at Costco ($30 off) - 3000 amp and appears to be well made. The NOCO comparable is 3-4x the price.

More of an emergency tool than a charging station.

I bought a Noco Genius 5 about 6 months ago - no complaints, gets the job done.

I also have an older Bosch charger. The main difference I noted is that the Noco will auto-reset after a power outage, whereas the Bosch needed to be re-activated. The auto start is really nice if you are leaving it connected for long term maintenance, since you inevitably get a power outage and forget to restart the charger.

edit: Would be really nice if Noco sold a combined charger / jump pack with detachable 120V plug (for charging the battery or recharging the jump pack).

victron.
IP65 so you can leave it outside all day long. just dont drive over it.
I've got a 3 bank Victron permanently installed on my boat. Nice units but missing a few features that are nice to have for cars/trucks and bench work.

i bought a gooloo gt4000s at walmart online awhile back . capable for a 10 litre diesel. i disconnected both of my batteries and it fired my cold duramax up instantly, Gets good reviews , feels solid . 129 bucks delivered to my door. 240.00 off! Bought 2 more for my kids for Christmas. Really worth checking out in my books.

Have had great experiences with Noco stuff. That being said a dumb charger is crucial since most smart chargers won’t charge if the battery voltage drops below around 50% of the nominal voltage. A dumb charger will get it up past that threshold.

This is what I taught too, but the nocos have an override setting to put them into dumb mode to charge or jump batteries under their sensing threshold. Push and hold the power button if I am remembering right.

On the chargers too? I know the jump packs do it, but the last noco charger I had I sold with my old boat

From the Noco for the website for the Genius Charger:

"Charge dead batteries - Charges dead batteries as low as 1-volt. Or use the all-new Force Mode that allows you to take control and manually begin charging dead batteries down to zero volts."
