New Whaling Point Boat Launch Status?

Anyone know the current status of the new Whaling Point boat launch just south of Mill Bay? Any idea when this launch will be open for use?

The Mill Bay boat launch is too shallow to use most the time.

I heard it isn't going to happen. The band decided not to do it. Too bad.

This has been on/off since Mill bay marina was rebuilt. if I recall the developer paid the band to build a ramp as part of the development permit for the condo’s/marina/bistro.

Agree..pretty sketch there. Only other one is the goldstream ramp or cowichan
