Net net for Christmas

I need a new net for my wife for Christmas. Currently have a Scotty which we don't use as it's too heavy for her. We have been using an old Gibbs net for many years. Super light. 5 foot handle.
It needs replacing.
Suggestions???

I just bought this one from Pacific Angler…..it’s a Gibbs. I used to have large hoop size very deep net for the last 17 years. I now realize that this smaller size hoop is more than adequate for the size of fish we catch now. Very light, easy to stow and long enough to get whatever I catch nowadays. 4 foot handle, 24”x28” hoop size. I’m really happy with IMG_0888.png

Do you think the 4 foot handle is long enough? I have an old 5 foot Gibbs that is falling apart and a 6 foot Scotty that's barely used.

I thought it was going to be too small. I was a sceptic. (I used to use a net that was 6 feet long 4 feet across. It was huge. Totally unnecessary today). The kid at Pacific Angler said it’s the one he used. Its awesome because it doesn’t take up a lot of space ,and, it’s worked fine for me. I found it plenty long enough to land 20 lb fish no issue. For the size of fish we now catch, it’s perfect.

I just bought the Gibbs with a 4’ handle that they call their ‘Catch & Release’ with its softer mesh bag this summer. I won’t be netting anything that I intend to release but I bought it for solo fishing because my 6’ Scotty is just too awkward to wield in my left hand while I'm pulling up on the rod with my right especially once the hoop is in the water.
My boat has relatively high freeboard so the 6’ Scotty will still be in use when I have a ‘net man’ on board but the Gibbs is a lot lighter making it easier to handle solo or for women and kids as well.
