Need Storage Courtenay /Comox

Sold our acreage and need dry secure storage for a large boat-needs at least a 12ft door and 36ft long. Might be interested in long term lease.

For the winter at least but in the right situation -permanently. Permits are going to be a problem in lots of places for that steel building.

10 acres it's pretty easy to get a permit, 2 bottles of scotch one for each neighbour!
