Here is the project I have been working on over the last year

wow... We had 250 yammy's on our 23ft Grady's and they cruised at 30mph. that little bayliner is going to haul @ss! perfect!

I have an aluminum hatch on the floor now for storage. I am going to have the floor cut out and replace the gas tank. When I put the floor back in I am going to have two fish lockers incorporated into the new floor down the sides. and keep the storage as well. I will post pics of the old engine compartment / hatch. The boat goes pretty good. It maxes out right around 50mph. Really happy with the way it turned out so far.
