Little Chief Smoker

Hey Guys,

I seem to have acquired a little chief smoker with no instructions. I know it's not rocket science, however, I'm curious if you put the chips right on the lower tray, or in the little pot. Secondly, how long do you smoke fish for? Any information would be appreciated as I have a freezer full of bottom fish and springs. Thanks!

hi, go to walmart or can tire and buy the little smoker book in sporting goods its only about 4 bucks and it has all kinds of recipies from smoked fish to smoked popcorn.--- clay

Hey Toddh: Yes you do use the small pan provided. I usually put in three loads of chips in the initial part of the process, one after the other. And then let it dry until it reaches your desired texture. You could also try putting smoking salmon in google and see what comes up. eman
