There's no better place for financial or medical advice than here, so...
Judging by the volume of barf, George ate about a cup of potting soil and compost, with a few handfuls of organic fertilizer mixed into it which includes bone meal from the wheel barrow last night.
About 6:00 this morning he went to the backdoor to barf, ran up to our room, jumped on the bed and commenced to have his first ever seizure, which lasted about 10 seconds.
He has been eating, drinking, moving and acting normal ever since.
Thoughts?

I have always been a believer that if my dog is eating.... pooping and peeing normal then things are good. Dogs are pretty tough, and they will get rid of anything that doesn't agree with them from one end or the other...lol I'm certainly not a vet so can't say anything that might have caused the seizure, but I think it's a positive sign that he is acting like nothing happened.

New first mate for the boat….she was too young for a trip to the North Coast this summer but she’s taking her first trip to Haida Gwaii next week then spending all of October on the Skeena….
Two questions I’ve been asking myself before taking this trip:
Is she going to roll around in dead humpies and chow down on their rotting flesh on the river bank while I fish and…
