One of my favourite Kenny Rogers tunes. Great story teller and a classic voice...he could do almost any genre of music and make it look easy.

I recall reading an article on him many years ago and he stated he'd surveyed the country (America) and located his home where he could reach the greatest number of fans in the shortest/closest to home venues available.

I forget the numbers but he would commonly fly to a gig, perform for thousands and then fly home that same evening and sleep in his own bed.

I thought that was pretty darn clever of him.

He is iconic for sure.
