Fish Tofino:------Way I look at it is:-- We are very very lucky to have the opportunities up here that we do. Half the world is starving, lots of places they are at war, other places are devastated by floods ,tornadoes, storms.......
And others live in places where there is no fishing to speak of. On top of that you never know when something can happen where you can no longer do it or due to events of Nature the whole activity stops dead in it's tracks.
So I have to enjoy it when I can, where I can,how I can. If you peer into the crystal ball and look at urban development, population increases on V.I., more and more rules and regulations etc.etc it is easy to see that in 10 years
the fishing around here may be totally different than it is today. You can't stop development and urban expansion no matter what you do.
Nothing lasts forever.......and to coin a phrase from earlier times:- "you only go 'round the clock once".
