Is area 14 closed on July 31st?

The regs from the beginning of the year say that area 14 would be open till August 31st but looking on the website it says July 31st. Is this the last day of fishing for area 14?

Go read the rest of the regs about fishing in Area 14--- Open to one CN per fisher-- marked or unmarked under 80cm. And of course there are a bunch of other regs about WHERE and WHAT you can fish along the shore.

There are 15 sub areas within that region, all with different rules. Check the DFO website for up to date info. Not sure what document you are looking at.

They updated the site. It has said July 31st up until today.
