ICBC Renewal

Just got my renewal in the mail, $1285 last year, $838 this year. My renewal date is the same day as the travel restrictions are extended to so hopefully they get lifted and I can use the $447 to get to Telegraph Cove for the summer

I got check for ten dollars. After another check for $235 arriving, I did some digging on the ICBC website, where you can figure out what your renewal will be and what future rebates may be coming.
It dawned on me that the 10 bucks was for one or both of my trailers and the other was for vehicles.

So... My Lady got $ 231 back for the Covid rebate in the form of a check.
Me - Nada.
Thought that was going to be it.

My truck renewal notice just arrived.
Savings of $ 561 per annum over last year's rate.
And that sits fine with me.

Her renewal is coming up.
Be interested to see what they will do with her rate as well...

Got $287 in the mail a couple weeks back for both of our policies combined (assuming it was combined).

just renewed wife’s car couple days back and the yearly policy with all the same coverages and such dropped by nearly $500, this year over last!

I got $240 back. I'm not sure if that was for truck, or both truck and boat trailer. I haven't insured my motorcycle for a couple years. My wife got $200 back.

they are not combined I got a cheque for each vehicle individually, 2 weeks apart.

$123 for my truck $4 for my RV lol. I’m thinking because it’s insurance is up on may 12. My wife got a cheque for $145 two weeks before mine came. Nothing for my boat or utility trailer.

I got $255 the wife got $190 and her insurance went down $600 over the year.I don't renew till July so expecting 20% lower or better as ive been clean for 41 years,wow that makes me feel old. I got my check 2 weeks before the Admiral.

policy was up May 5, just renewed early for ease. I think you are correct, May 1 is the trigger date. Hope you guys are right and that I get another one in the mail soon!
