Yikes!!! Does anyone know how high off of the water that pier is? Someone watched too much Dukes of Hazard as a kid??

High water level in lake atm. Driver was running about 20 kmh, bow was up, not on full plane. He was local, knew the pier was there, wanted to dock at a hotel float 100m past the pier. Nav light at end of pier flashes red every 6 sec, no other lighting on pier, lots of background lighting from the waterfront buildings. Guy says he thought he was well off the pier and was "shocked" when they came to a sudden halt. Blew .08 but was not charged.
