I need an opinion

I am selling my travel trailer, it had some serious water damage and it was repaired proffessionaly to the tune of 11K. I have the work orders that show what was done to fix it. Should I disclose this to potential buyers? I wonder if the fact that it had leaked would spook anyone.

If it was repaired properly and there's no risk of further damage or degradation, it's really just something that was repaired in the past.
If it's the reason you're selling it, and the problem is going to pass on to the new owner, it may be worth mentioning.
Either way, if it was fixed properly than it probably demonstrates a responsible owner maintaining his/her travel trailer

You are never wrong being honest. It makes a lasting, positive impression.
