Hurricane force wind warning in effect.

Wind southeast 40 to 50 knots increasing to southeast 50 to 60 late overnight except southeast 70 near the headlands. Wind diminishing to south 25 to 35 Saturday morning then becoming southwest 20 to 30 early Saturday evening.
