How long Anchovies

I put these anchovies in the fridge after my last trip out in Sept 2021 , soaking in Fire Brine and Couse salt. They are as good. if not better than the day I put them in the brine mix.
I find this amazing
How long have you had yours soaking ?

Anything other than Freezer, just interested in knowing what others do when you are out fishing and no freezer on board to keep the chovies lol. Like a bonehead I always threw my chovies overboard after a weekend of fishing when I had a following work week and unable to fish until the next weekend, So $hit now I know I should have just popped them in a fridge all summer lol

What is even more amazing is that you were able to keep brined bait in the Fridge for 6 months ! Most wives would have thrown it out long ago !!!

So you ASSUMED I had one (by the way you ever have anchovies on your pizza and have a bait fridge)
