Hilti Serial Number Check?

Do any of you have a Hilti Account? I am looking at buying a used jack hammer and I was told that I could call and have them check the serial number. I called but the guy on the phone told me I have to have an account before he could check.

Problem solved emailed the service support they got right back to me with the all clear
