Hewescraft Sea Runner 210HT - 2018 with Yamaha 200 & 9.9 Kicker and Trailer

Hi Gents,

A good friend of mine is going to sell his 2018 Huey as soon as his house in Bidwell Bay sells; as they plan to move closer to their grandkids in Langley. He's wondering (and so am I) what it's worth. The main engine is a 200 HP Yamaha with a stainless prop and only 140 Hours on it. (The 9.9Hp Kicker has virtually zero hours. I've had him run it just to make certain it will between service intervals.) It's been very well maintained by Checkpoint Yamaha and winterized correctly for it's indoor winter storage. It's never seen the real Ocean as it never goes outside of the Lion's Gate Bridge!

The photo above is from they day they bought it in 2018, before the Engines were mounted. That Trailer is going to be included, which is also in excellent shape. It has a Lowrance elite 7 Ti, but the down side for fishermen is it lacks the rear helm control, and for the old folks out there, no rear gate for easy access.

According to a Hewescraft Project engineer at the Vancouver 2024 Boat Show, they can easily add both. (It's not cheap though.) I added Scotty Mounts and Wiring for Down Riggers and we chased Pinks in Indian Arm 2 years ago, but that's the only Fishing it's ever seen. The bottom paint is in good shape, and has been kept up / replaced as needed. New Batteries were installed a month or so ago. We cruised it up to the Indian River a couple weeks back, and it runs just as good as it did when new.

I have no clue as to what this is worth. Do you?

Thanks for your inputs.

I sold my 2014 in 2021. It had 350 hours on the Honda 200 and it was loaded with two hds 9’s, radar, auto pilot, bulk head with rear steering station, bed, search light, down riggers , full canvass back, canvass for all windows. It sold for $94k. It is comparable as far as age goes but mine was geared out. I would say somewhere between $85k-$90k…??? But this is just my best guess.

Did this comment make you feel good?
only when the boat gets sold to someone who will use it, yes.
btw if your friend would be interested in trading it for a "slightly" used kingfisher 1825 thats seen 7800nm of ocean with a few electronics and $10k cash i wouldn't mind taking it off his hands. just sayin'.

So a drop curtain, not a full door with rear steering station?

Smooth move suspension seats and the 2 bench that converts into a full bed?

No, it's a Hardtop with a locking door, but no rear steering station (Helm Control). It does have the suspension seats and the benches.

As much as I wanted my buddy to use his boat for fishing, and in waters beyond the Lions Gate Bridge, he just wasn't comfortable doing it. And remember he's the one who got a loan and paid for the boat, went to Power Squadron, and it's his to do with as he pleases. Not what pleases me, and certainly not folks who don't even know him. All I was after here was a good idea as to what it's currently worth from the experienced members of this forum. Snide comments aren't appreciated.

125k new with rear steering and likely a few other features. I’d take of 20k for those two features. I think RJ is in the range. Ask 85-89k, it won’t sell quick at that price but if someone wants a locking cabin with low hours it sounds like a good bet.
