Help with Garmin Stryker 4

My Garmin picks up the ball on the downrigger as a steady stream of fish. How do I get it to ignore the weights and display the fish only?

Lower the gain setting or turn up noise reduction. Also, I turn off the fish indicator option on my Garmin since it’s kinda useless to me.

You don’t use it to see what depth the fish are running at?

The little fish indicator with specific depth shown just clutters up the screen. Fish arcs give a better sense of relative size and type, like a bait ball with arcs indicating springs feeding.

I run a strike 4 as well.never use the fish indicator. Just go off the archs. If im set up right i can see my jig dropping onto my target fish.
There is no way for it to not see your downrigger ball. Or ignore it. You just need to know what it is on your screen and watch. It helps actually because you can see in real-time where it is in relation to the fish
