I don't know how much. They are made by Artrageous Screen Printing 13-1730 Broadway St., Port Coquitlam, B.C. Phone 604 942 1142. He's a sportie that hates the 88/12 as much as the rest of us. He gave me a bunch to take to the SFAB meetings this weekend. I'll try to find out if he will be selling them.

Nice job, I am picturing large numbers of recreational anglers turning up at certain politician’s campaign events in the next federal election and all taking off their coats at the same time with these underneath; if there is not a fair resolution to 88/12.
Should be good for the TV cameras.

I know you are just venting your anger and frustration at the unfairness of the allocation but crossing the line is counterproductive and even just venting along those lines is risky in a public arena. Legitimate political protest is effective; stick to it.
