Just took in one of my 2106B downriggers for service. I accidentally lowered the downrigger on the power cable at the pinch point and ran a 18 lb ball on it all day. By the end of the day, bare wire was showing. The counter had also failed. They put on a new power cable and counter free of charge and serviced the brake. All in 45 minutes as I had to get back to Vancouver. The counter is a new version that now requires a battery (think a it’s triple A). Awesome service and great attitude as always. Thanks SCOTTY.
