So.. looks like its time for another bout of 2 foot-its for me... and up for grabs is the following.
One owner 2020 Hewescraft Alaskan 270.
Dual 200 HP Yamaha Engines. My guess on hours would be low... about 200. I Live in Calgary and only use 5 times a year. Oils changes twice a year, leg fluid changed annually.
Yamah 25HP High Thrust Kicker. This would have more hours on it, with same service schedule as the 200's. I have also installed the iTroll system, for the kicker.
Front to back...
Lewmar Windlass. Includes 600 feet rode, plus chain, anchor and Scotsman. Set up so can be removed from winch for Hali Anchoring if needed.
Go-Lite remote light mounted on roof with controls inside.
Electronics include THREE Garmin 9" screens, two up front, one at the back helm in custom enclosure. Garmin Radar, Garmin external GOS compass antenna, Garmin Reactor Autopilot, And Fusion stereo with 6 speakers, amplifier and subwoofer. (Sounds great). Also have installed a rear facing camera on deck. Dual Transducers. The system is all integrated with NMEA2000 so the Autopilot, Stereo, and all other functions can be accessed on any screen. Also VHF Radio is included with Dual antennas.
This boat has Diesel Stove and Wallas Heater with defrost.
Four batteries with switches and gauges that allow battery separation and individual charging and automatic draw and charge to batteries that need it.
Head with electric flush toilet.
Will include two Scotty 2106 downriggers.
There is a 12 volt fridge in the galley also.
This boat is in VERY good condition and fishes amazing. The 200's run very efficiently and I can usually fish all week on a tank.
The boat is currently in storage on Vancouver Island... and I am in Calgary.... so we would have some logistics to figure out, but we can do that.
For a serious buyer, I could make a trip out.
My understanding is that the new buyer would not have to pay the luxury tax.
I am confident that this boat would be 400K plus to buy new with all the equipment that it has IF you could find one. Plus you save the tax.
So.... I would like to ask 300K and see what happens.

Wow....nice ride! Curious what you have your eye on that might satisfy your case of "2 foot-itis"--- Hard to find a nicer rig then what you have although you don't mention the sleeping accomodations

A picture of the forepeak would help?

The Alaskan 270 really doesn't have any sleeping accommodations... It is a true blue fishing boat. Massive dance floor and lots of storage. We usually stay at cabins and lodges... but want to change it up... so looking at the GFX3425.

Alrighty then…. Let’s drop the final price on this beast to 260.
I feel like it’s a smokin deal for a low hours boat that needs nothing and ready to fishing. Rigged for everything you need. And can fish tommorow.
So….. who’s got 260K laying around for a great boat!!!
If it’s not sold in the next month or so then we will simply use it for another season… nothing wrong with it at all and the new boat will take over a month to rig up and get ready.
PM for details!!!

Where are you trying to sell it? I'd throw it on Facebook Marketplace and all Facebook boats for sale groups, as well as Linkedin. Seems like a crazy good deal.

Here is a 2019 Hewescraft 250 Alaskan on Facebook with smaller twins, and a handy stand up head. Yours seems to be priced appropriately, just needs exposure.

2019 Hewescraft 250 alaskan HT ET. $203,000

Just here and Kijiji. Not sure how to use Facebook thingy.
There is a YouTuber who for a fee will do it for you on boats.com Facebook marketplace and Craigslist. I’ve thought about starting that as a service but the numbers don’t work for me feeding the family becoming a remote broker or a real one in Victoria.

If you or someone close to you has a Facebook account I can do a video for you on how to post in marketplace and the groups
