Very sweet. Congratulations. Why the immediate swap to Sea Pros? Price vs reliability/maintsinability?
Thanks!
The SeaPros are more of a commercial motor. Built heavy duty and built to last longer than the rec motors. Also, the 225 Merc SeaPros are V8s that give more torque at lower RPM than the V6 Merc CXLs.

I saw it on Tuesday when I was there. They were just putting on the finishing touches, beautiful boat.
I had mine parked in next to your old one which also looked pretty nice.
Right on! Thank you 🙂 Small world eh! Nice Sea Sport. Did you buy that one last year from a guy down island not far from Victoria?

No, I bought it from a fellow in Gold River, 17 years ago. We’ve been through a lot together lol.
I was just in to the shop to get a helm hydraulic leak looked after. It was something minor and I was out of there in a few hours. I really like those guys at APM, just wish they were a bit closer.

Ah i see right on. It looked like a SS I looked at last year that's why I asked. Ya they've treated me great there over the years. I've bought 5 boats from them and have only good things to say.

Curious what is your tow vehicle? That’s a beast now to haul down that Gold River highway.
It's a 2009 F350 6.4 diesel. I've got it chipped and tuned too. It's no problem for it. Truck is rated to tow 14,500. Even on hills in tow mode with the turbo kicked in nice it didn't drop under 110km/hr. Thats with the boat full of 560 litres of fuel too. Had the truck since new and use it for towing for work too. Very happy with it. With a 5th wheel or gooseneck the rating goes up to 24,500 tow capacity.
