FishingBC App not accurate for regs?

I agree with you guys it’s a great app but on the front page is says supported by DFO. In my eyes that should mean that the info provided should be correct and up to DFO standards. If I got ticket for not keeping an over sized fish I would take them to court show the judge that the app is sponsored by DFO and that the regs said I could keep the fish. Don’t see how the ticket would hold up.

The app is terrible, the maps on the DFO site are terrible. It feels like they’re trying to be misunderstood.
