Fishing rod repair

Hi all long time lurker first time poster. Wonder if anybody can recommend a place too repair a old custom made Fibreglass salmon rod. The nut that holds the reel seat down seized and I damaged it trying too remove the reel. It's a old rod but is other wise in good shape and has some sentimental value too me. Thanks.

I live in Yellowknife nwt. I lived in Victoria for quite a few years before I moved up here. I can ship the rod any where in Canada.
