I use silver bubble wrap that I have folded and taped into a bag.
I put that into my fish box with ice and it seems to work.
I have to put fresh ice in every 4 to 6 hours on the hot summer days.
One of my seats is also a cooler that I store the ice in.
There is a product out there called a "kill bag" the tuna guy's use.
Maybe you could search out and see if it will work for you.
