Favorite picture from 2024 salmon season

We are lucky enough to spend most of the summer in Renfrew. I get to fish with lots of people during our time there but spend most days with my family and especially my son....who so far still doesn't mind hanging with the old man...lol Being so close to the boat in its slip all summer really allows us to fish most days and often more than once a day. Early season it's a lot of catch and release with closures and the length of our time there. Here is a few typical mornings and evenings for the night bite only a few minutes from the dock. We both really enjoy that last hour before dark. The last picture is of the boy sizing up the inheritance.....lol Come on summer........

I know this isn't necessarily pictures of Salmon but still some of my favorites from last summer. My daughters 2 closest friends spend a few weeks with us every summer and it's still lots of fun taking them out to do different things and hopefully making a few lasting memories for them. We went for a quick night bite troll with no luck so decided to pull the crab traps on an absolutely epic evening. And about an hour after that the girls got to enjoy the rewards from pulling the traps.....lol Even our Golden Retriever Stella was into it. Nothing like a few crab by a warm fire......
