Evening Bite

When I grew up as a kid in the Gulf Islands there was one point I'd always have to stop at even if it was damn near dark to try for a Salmon. This spot is now in an RCA unfortunately. I landed many a Salmon there as it was getting dark, sometimes I was just guessing to net the fish as it was so dark.

Just makes me wonder, are there any locations where you fish that are consistant late bite producers?

There are some flats near Chaster Point on the Sunshine Coast where fish would move up shallow (20 feet) just after sunset on a flood/high tide.

Thanks for the reminder, I'll have to try that again! Been a while...
