having read all of this, i am totally confused, hummm, not too unusual now that i think about it. charlie, i really don't understand what intellectural property was posted that violated a copyright you claim to have.
so far i have seen chart snap shots, not entire charts or electronic copies of a chart chip, and written descriptions of technique. i doubt that you are actually navionics in disguise, so that leaves the words. how did someone get ahold of your writting without your permission? if you freely handed out your writing for peer review, did they sign an exclusive 'not disclose' agreement with you or a publisher?
still confused, or maybe i missed the point entirely. but no matter, i am always interested in learning from folks who have obviously spent way more time on the water than i have, jim and charlie a big thanks to both of you. so if a book is in the works, hopefully, charlie, you will let all of us know when it hits the market.
